For any future cancellation of membership it MUST be signed and account balance paid in full before the 1st of a given month. There are no pro-rated credits or refunds. There is a ONE YEAR waiting period to rejoin upon membership cancellation. Violation of the rules may result in suspension of your golfing privileges. If you are a parent of a child who will be playing golf, sign below that you understand the rules and will abide by them. A blank signature assumes that no children of golf members will be playing golf.

COURSE RULES Ø Players must register in the Pro Shop prior to playing. Ø Members are responsible for their guests and family members. Ø PLEASE REPAIR all your ball marks! Ø Prior to playing a stroke or making a practice swing, the player should ensure that no one is standing close by o in a position to be hit by the club or ball. Ø All players are expected to repair their own divots on tee box and fairways. Ø Players must observe rules for driving on cart paths and certain fairways. Special rules for those golfers with doctor’s certificates apply (see Dean). Ø No vehicles are allowed on the course except golf carts and maintenance vehicles. Ø Tee times may be for 9 or 18 holes. Please let the Pro Shop know if you only want a 9 hole reservations. Tee times may be scheduled up to 2 days in advance unless approved by Jim House or Eric Morrison. Ø Reservations for singles or twosomes may be placed with others to complete a three-some or four-some. Ø Golfers under age 12 must play with an adult – NO EXCEPTIONS! Ø Your golfers must have a driver’s license to drive a rental golf cart. NO EXCEPTIONS! Every driver of a family owned golf cart must have a signed statement from Mother or Father allowing them to drive the family golf cart and the family will be taking full responsibility for their actions. Ø All players must have their own clubs. Renal sets are available if needed. Ø No group larger than four players unless approved by golf staff. Proper golf attire is required ( shirts with collars and sleeve, Bermuda length shorts, etc.) Ø Please maintain your cart stall in a clean and orderly condition. Please keep stall doors closed at all times. Ø There is no starting on #10 without permissions of the pro shop starter. Ø Violation of the rules may result in suspension of your golfing privileges. If you are a parent of a child who will be playing golf, you must sign on page one that you understand the rules and will abide by them. A blank signature assumes that no children of golf members will be playing golf. Ø Grill is open to the public. Ø Golfers turning from #9 to #10 may not stop to eat without giving up position (unless ordering hot dogs, chips, etc to go.) Golfer must request new starting position from Pro Shop if you stop to eat. MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION All members are subject to suspension for violation of membership, course or clubhouse rules, or for non-payment of dues and charges. The Owner will determine suspensions, and applications for reinstatement of membership must be approved by the Owner and may include a reinstatement fee. |
